1 入居審査結果の発送予定日
2020年2月13日（木）
※入居者審査会での審査を経て、入居者を決定します。
※結果は申請者に郵送するとともに、学校へも通知します。
※学生会館に電話をして、結果を問い合わせることはできません。
2 入居が決定した人は・・・
2020年2月18日（火）正午までに（必着）入居するかどうかを知らせてください。
※返信しないと入居資格を失う可能性があります。かならず返信してください。
※自分で返信できないとき（帰国中など）は、かわりの人に返信をたのんでください。
■入居説明会（12時終了の予定）
2月28日（金）9時30分集合
3月2日（月）9時30分集合
3月10日（火）9時30分集合
※入居する人は、どれか1日にかならず参加してください。

１ The results will be sent to the applicants on February 13, 2020 (Thursday).
２ We will not answer any inquiries about the results.
＜Schedule for Accepted Applicants＞

Accepted applicants should reply if they will live or not by noon of February 18 , 2020 (Tuesday).
２ Guidance for New Residents (Gathering at 9:30 and ending at 12:00)
New residents should attend one of the information meetings to be held on
February 28 (Friday), March 2(Monday) and March 10 (Tuesday).
３ Move-in Period
From 10:00 April 1(Wednesday) to17:00 April 4 (Saturday)
